Professional Users
Professional users may return the system for a refund within 30 days.
Refund amount: 90% of the purchase price (10% restocking fee)
Reason for the restocking fee: The fee covers non-recoverable costs including credit-card processing fees, shipping expenses, and professional educational materials provided after purchase.
Note: We encourage clinicians to trial the system on multiple patients before deciding, as clinical use consistently demonstrates the strength of a high-quality therapy laser.
Home Users
Home users may return the system for a refund within 30 days.
Refund amount: 80% of the purchase price (20% restocking fee)
Reason for the restocking fee: Many home users purchase a laser for specific symptoms, use it until symptomatic relief is achieved, and then consider returning it. The restocking fee covers credit-card processing fees, shipping costs, and the included educational materials ($295 value).

Warranty Information
The True Laser Pro includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.
If a covered defect is identified, we will repair or replace the laser at no charge.
The warranty does NOT cover:
Accidental drops, impacts, or physical damage
Misuse, improper handling, or operation outside the manual recommendations
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or servicing
Normal wear and tear
